Keyholding & Cleaning

A charge of 70€ per year for holding your key. The cost includes monthly internal and external checks of your property. A signed form will be left in your property as proof that we have been. We will also email updates regarding your property. If your property is not used as a rental, we can arrange for a clean just before you arrive at a price that can be arranged upon application. Also if any workmen need to attend your property we will be available to meet the workman, an extra price will be charged if the worker is there longer than an hour.

If you rent out your property on a regular basis we will hold your keys for 20€ per year, if you let us do the cleaning after your tenants have left your property.

Cleaning of your property starts from 30€ this depends only on the size of your property. A fixed price will be given on application. Prices also include a meet and greet service.

General Garden Maintenance

Prices start from 5€ depending on what work you require us to do. General maintenance includes pruning of bushes and trees, weeding, checking of irrigation and watering of garden plants.

Welcome packages

We can arrange welcome packs for you or your tenants, prices are on application depending what you would like in your welcome pack.
